Winter really is coming.

Our RVLT Fall 2017 apparel collection has arrived in store and it features a great line-up of shirts, sweaters, jackets and coats. RVLT is a brand we are happy to carry that is designed in Denmark. Tailored silhouettes, quality fabrics, and a little bit of plaid are all part of the new fall 2017 collection. It's the perfect everyday apparel that will keep you warm and stylish through the winter months. Come check it out in store!

Seeing triple.

This Fall we are bringing you some amazing furniture pieces from a new (to us), Canadian distributor. Their collections go from cool and contemporary to sophisticated and traditional. We prefer their middle ground looks that re-interpret traditional looks in a contemporary - and somewhat industrial - look, that's perfect for today’s Urban Living. The "Kink" chair style shown is available in three different formats; dining chair, bar stool and as an occasional chair, we'll leave you to decide which one (or two) will work best for you.

Welcome to AlBEARta.

Alberta Apparel is a local clothing supplier that sources all of their product from Canadian manufactures. Then, they design and decorate all their apparel goods right here in Alberta where they come up with amazing designs that reflect the spirit of Albertans. We proudly carry a few of their snapbacks and trucker caps - perfect for weekend excursions or kicking around the city on the weekends.

Timeless quality and craftsmanship.

As the summer starts to wind down, everyone is thinking about getting the kids back to school, and ourselves back to regular work hours. We're here to help you with your commute by bringing in the highly crafted and Calgary based Yor Leather products. Made from full grain leather, Yor briefcases, totes and duffle bags are made to last a lifetime. Grabbing this double strapped beauty might make running out the door in the morning a bit more enjoyable.

Time to wash up.

Tanget GC is a Swedish based brand that has developed some amazing home care products. Everything from laundry detergents to extend the life of your favorite jeans and sweaters, to shoe shine kits that will keep your leather Brogues looking good as they age. They recently introduced a liquid hand soap line that is 100% organic and ECO certified, just like the rest of their line. Made in France, these soaps use only natural ingredients with the added touch of perfume oils to give you four unique fragrances. Spoil yourself and your guests with these incredible soaps.

Canadian Sourced Furniture Finds.

We are looking towards the fall season and planning our future furniture line up that we will be showcasing in the store. A Canadian company we've admired for years, has produced some amazing new pieces that we think fit perfectly into our aesthetic and can work with so many other interior styles. We are happy to help with any interior dilemma’s you might have as well, so please feel free to stop by the shop to talk design and see the complete line of our new favourite Canadian Furniture brand.

One drop left.

Iron and Glory from Brooklyn takes pride in making these bottle stoppers right in their studio in New York.  Hand casted from a 3D printed design, they have amazing detail and nice weight.  Perfect to show off on your home bar cart, or seal that little bit of wine left over from dinner, (if you have that problem). The Frenchie and the Skull are now in the shop.

Not your ordinary pen.

We've recently discovered a new line of cool products out of Brooklyn, NY by Iron and Glory. The company manufactures masculine gifts such as bottle stoppers, pens, and pocket tools. The Tool Pen featured is a level, ruler, stylus, screwdriver, and yes, even an ink pen. Perfect to have in the shop, the office, or in your briefcase. Also makes a great Father's Day gift! (just sayin')

New Artist. New Art.

We are happy to welcome Michelle Hoogveld as one of our featured artists. "Michelle is best known for her distinctive use of mixed media, whose work explores the relational boundaries of mediums in a figurative yet abstract fashion. Her approach to painting is intuitive, yet intentional, utilizing mediums such as oil paint, spray, images and found objects to emphasize the realistic qualities of her subjects, but also to experiment with different methods of layering and abstraction. Drawing upon inspiration from a variety of sources, Michelle aims to tell a story, centring on personal interactions, habitual routines, the places we encounter and the connections we form with others." Come by and experience some of her amazing pieces we are now showing in the shop.

Have a sip.

We like a well-stocked bar that's tricked out with all the cool tools. What's even better is when you can pull out a few things which are unexpected and make you look like THE ultimate bartender to your guests. These Port Sippers do just that. Not only are they unique, they also help enhance the flavour and bouquet of port. The sipping tube prevents oxidation of the port and the 6 oz capacity enables a substantial tasting.  Made of hand blown glass sold and sold in a set of two.

Brains and Brawn.

"If you only read the books that everyone else is reading, you can only think what everyone else is thinking" - Haruki Murakami.

Same can be said with the decor items you put in your home.  We firmly believe that everything in your home should be a reflection of who you are.  Our constantly changing masculine decor items can make a bold statement and add sophistication and style to most room settings.  These resin bookends offer a dose of "manly" without over doing it.  They are strong enough to hold all your favorite reads.

Suns out, guns out.

Just in time to kick off Summer, the Local Laundry Apparel Tank-Tops, will keep you cool while looking cool. Currently available in heather grey, the tank is available with the CAN logo, as well as YYC, so go ahead, rep both your country and your city. #canada150

Feet on ground. Or not.

Edmonton based Good Luck Sock is always coming up with new designs for their collection of crew and active fit socks. Playful, graphic and bold, they can spice up your everyday wardrobe without being the focal point. Plus, they might just bring you some good luck. New patterns are in the shop.

First seating - 6:00pm.

The Totem Leatherette Dining Chair makes a great addition to a stylish dining area, or workspace. It's solid walnut base provides a great foundation for the black leatherette seat and 1950's car interior inspired channelled back. We think this fella is bound to be the most welcomed guest at your next dinner party.

Skin deep.

When the seasons change, sometimes so do our skincare needs.  Our collection of Triumph & Disaster products from New Zealand are made with all natural ingredients that result in amazing fresh citrus aromas, medicinal notes and smoked wood fragrances. Their Old Fashioned Shave Cream softens and prepares your scruff, creates a good lather and delivers a smooth, close shave using any type of blade.  Follow up with the Gameface moisturizer and your skin will be left feeling toned, soft and refreshed.

Get Carried Away

Calgary based Mother Co. recently did some fine tuning to their messenger, briefcase, backpack and weekender (shown). Along with some design tweaks, they also upgraded their fabrics, making them waterproof and stain resistant. Pair that with their limited lifetime warranty and you will be able to hold onto their products just like you would with an old friend - damn near forever.

mmmm Chocolate.

Know someone with a sweet tooth? May we suggest something from our new collection of sugary confections?  How about these great Bourbon Truffle Cigars? Made with all natural ingredients in Toronto these are a great alternative to lighting up for a special occasion - maybe it's the birth of a new baby, someone's graduation, or the fact that it's a Tuesday and you just need your chocolate fix.

High Standards.

New Spring/Summer arrivals from National Standards have hit our racks.  Based in Vancouver, the company never disappoints in its quality Japanese fabrics and superior tailoring, while maintaining an affordable price point.  Their shirts are perfect for day to day living - whether that's going to the office or heading out for the weekend, that's up to you.

Raw Denim.

Vancouver based National Standards is one of our favorite Canadian based brands. Their designs consist of "classic tailoring and an understated aesthetic" which makes their clothing a favorite to help tackle everyday life while looking sharp. Their Atlanta jeans are made of red stripe selvedge raw denim with stretch, that will give you ease of movement, feel great on, and look great. We don't care if you put your pants on one leg at a time or not - these deserve a try.

We are happy to welcome Caine and his cool Kokedama's to Stuff. His Secret Shop has taken up residence in our previously designated pop up space. What is a Kokedama? It is typically a single plant with its roots encased in a ball of moss-wrapped soil. Come in and check out Caine's constantly changing selection and add one of these great pieces of living Japanese art to you home.
