Turns out that Spencer did. Throughout his professional life, he always felt the urge to open a storefront. In his early years in the interior design field, there was a pull to create an aesthetic of inviting comfort, through clean and classic elements with a touch of current trends. His interiors reflected those who inhabited them, with a welcoming appeal that made everyone feel at ease.

That same aesthetic has guided Spencer through his career. Whether creating interiors for private clients and home builders, consulting at one of Calgary’s premier furniture stores, leading the city’s first home lifestyle store, or representing gift and lifestyle brands throughout Western Canada, it was always important to curate items that were well-made, aspirational, and accessible.

Stuff is guided by those same principles. All the products in-store are chosen for their quality, usefulness, design, and value. Local artists, artisans, and manufacturers who take pride in their work are part of the curated collections, along with exciting finds from around the world.
